USA: 6 Things You Need To See In Illinois

Everyone loves going on a trip, as it usually results in having a wonderful time, regardless of where you go and if you are like me, the excitement begins from the second you start planning it. Being able to travel on a regular basis is a privilege and one that should not be taken for granted, I know Mr. ESLT and I certainly don’t. We have spent a lot of time in the United States this year and have of course visited the places that instantly spring to mind when you think of the United States – New York, Los Angeles Las Vegas etc, however, if you want to visit somewhere a little different, but equally as awesome, you need to start looking at Illinois.
Finding a place to visit that is packed with history, culture, scenery and great food is always easy to do in the USA, and Illinois is certainly one of those places and somewhere you need to visit at least once. It’s important to choose the right hotel for your trip, especially one in a prime location such as Quality Inn & Suites Lincoln.
There are so many places to go in Illinois, including the famous Illinois State Fair, which has been running for over 150 years. If you are hoping to find somewhere to explore that is interesting and beautiful, Illinois is the place for you. We’ve put together a list of 6 things you need to see, especially if you love history!
